About the Role and Team
As a Graphic Designer, you will help bring client ideas to life by creating digital banner visuals that match brand guidelines and support successful advertising campaigns. In this role, you will prepare high-quality assets in different sizes and formats, making sure they are clearly structured for handoff to the engineering team. You will work closely with Creative Solutions Project Managers and Engineers, moving creative ideas from design to delivery in an exciting adtech environment. Furthermore, you will have an opportunity to engage with projects managed by Adform marketing team.
You will be joining Creative Solutions team coleagues from Vilnius office and work closely cross-countries to deliver tailored solutions for Adform clients. It is a collaborative and supportive team where attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Create digital banner visuals that follow client requirements, brand guidelines, and the look and feel of their existing online presence.
Prepare visual assets in the required sizes and formats, ready for further development by the Creative Solutions Engineering team.
Organize your files in a clear and structured way to support a smooth and high-quality handoff to the engineering team.
Work closely with Creative Solutions Project Managers and Engineers to help ensure timely delivery and a high standard of quality.
Collaborate with marketing team and prepare visuals for social media, presentations or events.

2 years of experience working as a graphic designer.
Solid skills using Adobe Suite and Figma.
Experience in performance creative or digital advertising, with ability to create modern, clear, and visually appealing digital banner visuals.
