? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Responsible with strong
background in space or complex embedded systems. The adecuado candidate will lead




and coordinate embedded software activities, manage and mentor engineering
teams, and drive the full software lifecycle in compliance with space standards
and quality processes.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of embedded software engineers, providing technical
guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Drive the complete software development lifecycle: planning, design,
implementation, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Apply systems engineering best practices, particularly during conception,
specification, and design phases.
• Design, implement, and optimize embedded software solutions for
microprocessor-based systems ensuring performance, reliability, and quality.
• Contribute to MBSE activities using tools such as Capella and Enterprise
Architect.
• Ensure compliance with applicable space standards (ESA ECSS or similar) and
quality validation processes.
• Produce and maintain high-quality technica
