What you will do:
You will have the opportunity to work on strategic and high impact projects for EDP across Europe:

Strategic & Business Development Support

Support strategic projects for the European region: assess strategic options, scenarios and trade-offs, translating complex inputs into clear recommendations and action plans.
Conduct market, financial, and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making across Europe.
Prepare business cases, strategic assessments and executive presentations for EDP Group’s C-level leadership.

Cross-functional transformation

Contribute to strategic cross-functional, high-impact initiatives,



including key business challenges, operating model shifts and high-stake decision making.
Act as internal consultant to regional and country teams on operational and strategic requests, including profitability assurance, portfolio excellence, efficiency, asset rotation and pipeline monitoring.
Contribute to emerging growth and value-creation topics such as BESS, hybridization, grid constraints, data centers, Agri-PV, electrification, market intelligence and GenAI-enabled ways of working.
Monitor and challenge project pipelines across in-house developments, while supporting the assessment of M&A; and co-development opportunities from a strategic and commercial perspective.

What are we looking for:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering or similar, with a strong academic record.
Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in
