What will make you successful in this position?

Mandatory

Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) (CSSA is a strong plus)
5+ years of experience in Pega development, with solid hands-on experience in Pega Infinity 8.x (preferably 8.7.x)
Proven experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions end-to-end
Strong expertise in case management, workflows, decisioning, and integrations
