JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Sales Director to join
Supermicro®, a leading global provider of advanced server, storage, and
networking solutions. You will manage customer accounts, drive sales through
active prospecting, and develop strategic relationships with system integrators,
VARs, and OEMs, ensuring exceptional customer service and successful order
fulfillment.



Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong
problem-solving abilities, and preferably experience in server sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead, coach, and develop the Channel Sales team across the Iberia region
* Define and execute the channel sales strategy for Iberia
* Build, strengthen, and expand relationships with key channel partners,
including distributors, VARs, resellers, integrators, and ecosystem partners
* Leverage an existing network within the server, storage, data center, and
broader IT infrastructure partner landscape to accelerate market penetration
and revenue growth
* Identify, recruit, and enable new channel partners aligned with Supermicro’s
strategic growth areas
* Drive pipeline generation, partner-led opportunities, and revenue execution
across the region
* Work closely with internal teams including direct sales, business
development, marketing, product manageme
