We're Hiring: Project Manager (Salesforce CRM Delivery)
Locations: Barcelona (Spain) and Bucharest (Romania)

We're looking for an Experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across strategic Salesforce (SFDC) CRM initiatives within a global Partner & Retail ecosystem.

What You'll Do
Own delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path across multiple initiatives
Drive Agile delivery using SAFe, PI Planning, sprint tracking, and release readiness
Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID)
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders across general locations
Track delivery progress, project costs, scope changes, and executive reporting




Support continuous improvement across PMO processes and delivery governance

What We're Looking For
7+ years of Project or Delivery Management experience
Strong experience delivering Salesforce (SFDC) CRM projects
Experience working with Partner Ecosystems, Sales Compensation, or Retail CRM programs
Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile, PI Planning, and Agile delivery practices
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, MS Project, or similar project management tools
