We're looking for an experienced Product Designer who combines strong UX thinking, excellent design craft and a modern product mindset. Someone who enjoys collaborating across disciplines, challenges assumptions, validates ideas with users and is excited by the possibilities AI brings to Product Design.

What your day will look like

Shape product strategy together with Product Managers and Engineering from discovery through delivery
Design intuitive, scalable experiences that solve real customer problems.



Validate ideas through user research, usability testing and continuous customer feedback.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to improve product outcomes and measure success.
Collaborate closely with developers throughout implementation to ensure a high-quality user experience.
Drive UX thinking across your product area and help teams make customer-centred decisions.
Contribute to our Design System, accessibility initiatives and modern design practices.
Explore and implement AI-powered workflows and identify opportunities where AI can improve our products.
Support your fellow designers, share knowledge and help strengthen our Design community.

What you need to fulfill the role

Have 5+ years of experience designing successful digital products, ideally in complex B2B SaaS environments.
Hold a degree in UX, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
