We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our AI Product group and help shape the next generation of AI-powered tools used to build, test, and operate intelligent customer experience solutions.
You will design end-to-end workflows for complex, technical products and help teams turn advanced AI and automation capabilities into clear, learnable, and reliable user experiences.
This role is hands-on and cross-functional. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and operations teams to design intuitive interfaces, simplify complex workflows, and ensure our platform delivers measurable impact.



You will report directly to our Director of Design.Primary Job Responsibilities

Own the design of complex product workflows from concept to execution, ensuring clarity, quality, and alignment with business and user needs.
Lead discovery activities: map user journeys, gather insights, and translate them into actionable problem statements and design opportunities.
Design end-to-end UX/UI: information architecture, flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and thoughtful edge-case handling.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate solutions and drive evidence-based decisions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI/operations teams to translate technical concepts into approachable tools and workflows.
Ensure design–engineering alignment through detailed specifications, iterative reviews, and design QA.
