As a Project Manager for SAP, you will lead end-to-end SAP project delivery from pre-sales to go-live and post-go-live support. You will coordinate multi-module implementations, ensuring client satisfaction, quality, and on-time, on-budget delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams and the Integral PMO to govern finances, governance, and delivery standards. This role offers a chance to shape large-scale HR/payroll solutions and to apply SD Worx methodologies to ensure successful outcomes. A strong emphasis is placed on stakeholder management, training, and continuous improvement in project delivery.

• Manage and steer SAP projects end-to-end across lifecycle stages
• Act as primary contact for project team members, stakeholders, and customers
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Consulting Directors, and Global PMO on project financials and reporting
• Monitor and control budgets for medium-sized SAP projects, ensuring cost efficiency

Responsabilidades
• 5 to 10 years of project management experience
• Project Management with SAP is a must
• Solid understanding of project financial management and controlling
• Strong leadership, organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of payroll solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable
• Fluent in English and French (C2 level for both)
