We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at the CODE-ZERO Store in Palma. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your duties will include providing exceptional customer service, promoting products and services,
processing sales transactions and maintaining the store's cleanliness and visual appeal.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register system.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting room and backroom.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
Follow store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.
Participate in promotional events and initiatives to increase sales and customer loyalty.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales and customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Fluency in Spanish and German or English is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work versátil hours including weekends,
