We need a Customer Service Technician in Majadahonda (Madrid). Immediate start.

Functions

Telephone/on-site support for customers regarding Avalon applications; Troubleshooting; Handling service requests; Incident tracking and status; Knowledge of accounts under your responsibility/customer contacts; Customer training; On-site/office implementation and training of systems for assigned accounts; coordination of training under your responsibility; Documentation of user manuals; Configuration and platforming of equipment, depending on the accounts assigned to you; Documentation of procedures.

Requirements

Education: Vocational training in computer systems/management (intermediate level) or similar. Knowledge/Experience: IT, operating systems, installation of Windows and Linux systems. Installation and configuration of networks; installation and configuration of switches, routers, and WiFi networks. Basic office automation user of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Knowledge of English: B Upper intermediate (desirable). French: B2 (desirable).

Others





Willingness to travel, driver's license, aptitude and predisposition for teamwork.
