JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to
support initiatives across our computer hardware portfolio and partner programs.
This role will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, managing
end-to-end program execution, and fostering strong relationships with key
technology partners to deliver innovative hardware solutions to market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Include the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may




also be assigned):
• Assist in planning and tracking hardware deployment programs and partner
initiatives
• Maintain program documentation, schedules, and status reports
• Help identify and resolve program risks and issues in collaboration with
senior team members
• Support onboarding and communication with hardware and technology partners
• Coordinate logistics for partner meetings, demos, and joint initiatives
• Help maintain partner collateral and documentation
• Work closely with engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations teams
to ensure alignment on program goals and timelines
• Schedule and facilitate team and partner meetings, take notes, and follow up
on action items
• Manage program timelines, provide regular status updates, and escalate risks
or blockers as needed
• Continuously refine program lifecycle processes to enhance quality, security,
and partner satisfaction
