Servion is seeking a Senior Program Manager & Telecom Business Analyst to lead complex, high-impact initiatives as part of our Managed Services organization. Based in Madrid on a multi-year contract, this role sits at the intersection of business analysis, program governance, and telecom operations - driving delivery across the Telecom BA team while ensuring alignment with client and stakeholder objectives. The successful candidate will report directly to the head of Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Program Management for telecom managed services engagements, from planning and resourcing through execution, risk management, and delivery.
Required to interact with our client executive sponsor on an ongoing basis.
Act as the primary liaison to Servion’s delivery team leads, as well as to client business stakeholders, technical teams, and organizations to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines.
Manage other Telecom Business Analysts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to build organizational stability.




Develop and manage overall telecom asset inventory as it applies to the client’s CCaaS contact center environments. Telecom asset inventory reports and regular asset management reports are expected for senior leadership and client stakeholders.
Gather, document, and audit existing telecom asset inventory across multiple carriers within the EMEA region.
Identify inefficiencies within telecom assets and operations, and recommend/lead initiatives to optimize cost structures, and service quality.
Manage resource allocation across multiple concurrent regions.
Support telecom expense management (TEM), inventory, and asset lifecycle initiatives, leveraging the Calero telecom management platform where applicable.
Facilitate meetings, briefings, and potential change management activities.
Identify and mitigate program risks proactively, escalating issues with clear recommendations and resolution paths.
