POSITION SUMMARY

Based in Madrid, Spain, the Technical Author plays a key role in ensuring the
delivery of aircraft manuals and high-quality technical documentation. This
includes authoring and illustrating materials such as the Outfitting Maintenance
Manual (OMM), Cabin Crew Manual (CCM). The role involves describing component
operations, testing, disassembly and assembly procedures, as well as performing




checker functions and managing the full development cycle of technical
documents.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and
expertise in aircraft documentation standards, who enjoys translating complex
engineering data into clear, accessible content. You will collaborate with
engineers and cross-functional teams while continuing to develop your expertise
in aerospace documentation tools and industry standards. Excellent English,
strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Ensure the delivery of aircraft manuals and technical documentation through
authoring and/or illustrations including Outfitting Maintenance Manual (OMM),
Cabin Crew Manual (CCM), and other relevant manuals related to cabin
interiors and systems.
* Describe the operation of systems, testing, disassembly and assembly
procedures using Jet Aviation engineering design data,
