powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and
Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and
transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net

This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid,
with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

As an MRO Buyer, you are responsible for sourcing and managing goods and
services that support the maintenance, repair, and operational continuity of
manufacturing facilities. You ensure the availability of critical spare parts,
industrial services, maintenance contracts, tools,



consumables, and technical
solutions at the best total cost of ownership while minimizing operational risks
and supporting plant reliability objectives.

Working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, HSE,
and Procurement teams, you drive sourcing strategies, supplier performance, cost
optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the MRO category.

What you will do

* Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MRO categories, including spare
parts, consumables, maintenance services, contractors, tooling, and
facilities.

* Ensure uninterrupted plant operations through effective supplier risk
management, lead-time control, and inventory optimization.

* Partner with Maintenance and Engineering teams to optimize spend, standardize
materials and services, and improve efficiency.
