You are a Trusted Technical Advisor: You know how to guide IT, Security, Finance, and Engineering stakeholders through complex technical conversations with confidence and clarity.
You are a Strategic Problem Solver: You don't just say “yes” to every customer request — you evaluate impact, scalability, ROI, and long-term maintainability before proposing solutions.
You are Commercially Minded: You understand that integrations are not only technical projects but also strategic business decisions tied to revenue, adoption, and customer success.
You are an Integration Expert: You are deeply familiar with APIs, webhooks, SSO, middleware, and modern integration architectures, and you know how to design lightweight solutions that unblock deals fast.
