We are looking for a strategic and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to help shape the future of technology talent at Nestlé. In this role, you will partner with global IT leaders to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent for mid-to-senior level positions across our technology hubs. You will combine strategic workforce insights with hands-on recruitment expertise, helping to build diverse talent pipelines, strengthen internal mobility, and deliver an outstanding hiring experience.

About the Role:

As a Integral Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring Nestlé attracts and secures world-class technology talent. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, combining talent market expertise, proactive sourcing, and high-touch recruitment delivery to support critical hiring needs.
You will lead strategic searches, facilitate assessments,



identify internal talent opportunities, and contribute to building Talent Acquisition capabilities across teams and geographies. Working in close partnership with HR, business leaders, and our NBS teams, you will help drive consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes while supporting Nestlé's growth and transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership & Workforce Planning

Partner with global IT and HR leaders to translate business priorities into hiring roadmaps and capability plans.
Share insights on talent availability, skills trends, and market intelligence to support workforce planning decisions.
Contribute to long-term talent pipelining strategies for critical technology capabilities.

Proactive Sourcing & Pipeline Ownership

Lead sourcing and engagement strategies for mid-to-senior IT roles globally.
Build and nurture talent pipelines for future and hard-to-fill positions.
