As Scrum Master of a big squad having a backlog mixing maintain activities and several epics to execute, you lead and guide the team in delivering high-value releases within committed timeframes.

You master the Offer Change Management process and you ensure strict adherence to the defined practices, facilitate key ceremonies, and collaborate with Product Owners to maintain strategic alignment.



You work closely with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and create comprehensive integration plans. You oversee sprint backlogs, drive decision-making, and manage project budgets to ensure timely delivery. You actively remove impediments, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and provide support to team members in their professional growth. You identify and resolve obstacles, encourage reflection on processes, and fine-tune practices using tools such as Jira.

You are also leading the end-to-end execution of all the backlog items ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable value creation. You are responsible for translating objectives into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing risks, resources, and timelines with precision.
