Mission:

Lead the industrialization activities throughout the Offer Creation Process ensuring manufacturing processes and supply chain readiness to achieve time-to-market, quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Coordinate industrialization teams and factories to successfully launch new products and secure performance during ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities

Propose and evaluate industrial scenarios aligned with industrial strategy.




Define and monitor project KPIs, including investments, product cost, expenses, quality, and efficiency targets.
Prepare and manage the industrialization project plan and milestones.
Ensure project time-to-market objectives are achieved.
Coordinate industrialization activities from Opening Gate to Sell Gate with project and factory teams.
Actively contribute to project governance and decision-making.
Support factories during production start-up and ramp-up phases.
Monitor cost, quality, and efficiency performance during the first year of production.

Skills & Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing processes, quality, or new product introduction.
Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in an international environment.
Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
