About the role
The Manager, Resin is responsible for defining and executing the sourcing strategy, category optimization initiatives, and supplier management activities for the PP/PE resin portfolio across assigned Amcor sites in EMEA.

The role focuses on building and maintaining strong strategic partnerships with key resin suppliers, positioning Amcor as a preferred customer while ensuring an uninterrupted supply of high-quality materials at the optimum Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
He/She delivers sustainable business results across supply assurance, cost competitiveness, quality, service, risk management, and innovation to support the company's operational and strategic objectives.

Working closely with business stakeholders, the incumbent contributes to the overall procurement strategy, develops category and supplier strategies, and leads their effective implementation across the region.

In addition, the role drives value creation through supplier base optimization, standardization, consolidation, and continuous improvement initiatives,



maximizing the total value generated from the Category's supply network.
This is a highly strategic leadership role that combines deep category expertise, market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution to deliver measurable business value, strengthen supply resilience, and support Amcor's long-term growth objectives.

Key Job Accountabilities
Strategy Development and Implementation

Develop and execute resin category strategy aligned with the regional and integral purchasing strategy and translate the purchasing strategy in concrete actions plans
Conduct in depth market analysis to identify trends, lead long term sourcing strategy, opportunities and risk within the resin supply chain
Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for the category / supplier in order to ensure quality of services and significant cost reductions
