? What you will do
As VP Growth, you own and scale Joko’s B2C growth engine end-to-end: acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
Your mission: drive profitable, scalable growth and bring Joko to millions of users across France, the US, and beyond.




You operate at both leadership and execution levels, shaping the vision while ensuring fast, high-quality delivery.
You report to the CMO and lead the Growth Team, building a world-class, AI-powered growth organization.
Build, run, and continuously arbitrate Joko’s full-funnel growth engine: You improve every step of the user journey from acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation to grow a valuable, engaged user base.
Own and optimize our growth budget and LTV/CAC ratio: You maximize efficiency across all growth channels and levers including referral, ads, influence, growth partnerships, and more (you tell us what’s next).
Identify and activate new growth loops: You explore new channels, test innovative formats, and launch breakthrough ideas that unlock incremental and scalable growth.
Partner with Product, Data, and cross-functional teams: You drive marketing initiatives within Joko’s growth roadmap alo
