Headquartered in New York and with offices in Barcelona, we work with dozens of large and enterprise healthcare organizations. We’ve raised $35M Series A from top investors like a16z (Github, Slack), Base10 (Figma, Notion), YC (Stripe, Airbnb) and Emergence (Salesforce, Zoom).
Prosper was founded by Josep Marc Mingot (Math+Telco Engineering from UPCTech (Barcelona), MIT Research in Computer Vision, and Product Leader in a NY startup acquired by NYSE:AON) and Xavier de Gracia (ESADE, JP Morgan, Bain & Company, Harvard MBA, and VP at a NY startup acquired by NASDAQ:ANGI). We are a highly motivated team of 20 located in New York and Barcelona, ex-{MIT, HBS, Bain, Math/CS/Physics olympics,...}.

Role overview
As a Lead AI Product Manager in our Barcelona and/or New York office, your goal is to ensure Prosper’s AI agents succeed across real healthcare workflows of our clients. You will own a portfolio of AI agent deployments across multiple customers and act as the general manager for those agents in production: responsible for design, performance, customer impact, expansion, and the ARR your agents drive.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, operations, analytics, and AI. You will go beyond strategy and own execution in detail: understanding workflows deeply, diagnosing issues from data and real interactions, driving improvements with engineering and operations, and building the systems required to scale deployments successfully and owning executive level client relationships including c-suite
