About the role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People and Culture (P&C;) team for 12 months. What You'll Do:
As a key player on our P&C; team,



you'll be involved in a wide variety of tasks, from managing recruitment processes to supporting key HR initiatives. Your contributions will make a real impact on how we attract and retain top talent at Morningstar. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Coordinating interviews and distributing assessments for various roles, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Posting job openings across college networks, job boards, and social media platforms to expand our pool of qualified candidates.
- Partnering with the HR team on exciting projects like recruiting, training, employee communications, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and process improvements.
- Maintaining and updating employee records using cutting-edge HR systems, giving you exposure to enterprise cloud technologies.
- Administering background checks for new hires and following up with candidates to
