RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Deliver the JBP – price, promotion, distribution, feature, NPD and brand content, to have a best-in-class execution plan in National Accounts
- You will be accountable for the Customer P&L.; As part of the team, you will need to contribute to deliver our Financial targets:



NSV, GP, ROI, Value Share
- Partner closely and build alignment with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Supply chain…
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure shoppers find our Brands. Elevate Customer voice internally to ensure creation of Insight-led plan
- Negotiate to deliver Financial targets, Distribution & Visibility targets activating our Brands in the Accounts
- Manage and deliver regular clear updates to key business processes e.g. monthly performance review, annual Bottom Up Plan creation, etc…
- Complete pre and post evaluation of promotions & activities

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
- Ability to form strong relationships, negotiate and influence best-in-class plans.
- Experience managing National Accounts.
- Manage key stakeholders across the business at all levels, internally and externally.
