Cytokinetics is a specialty cardiovascular biopharmaceutical company, building on its over 25 years of pioneering scientific innovations in muscle biology, and advancing a pipeline of potential new medicines for patients suffering from diseases of cardiac muscle dysfunction.

Reporting to the Market Access Senior Director, the Field Market Access Senior Manager is responsible for developing and executing regional market access strategies across assigned regions to support reimbursement preparedness, regional access planning and successful implementation of market access objectives.

The role serves as the primary regional market access interface between the company and regional healthcare stakeholders, providing insights into regional healthcare priorities, access pathways, assessment frameworks and policy developments that may impact patient access.

Working closely with Market Access Senior Director, Medical Affairs, Commercial, the Field Market Access Senior Manager contributes to access planning, stakeholder understanding,



regional intelligence generation and implementation readiness throughout the product lifecycle.

This position requires a strong understanding of the Spanish healthcare environment, regional decision-making processes, reimbursement frameworks and healthcare policy dynamics, together with the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with regional healthcare stakeholders, including health authorities, evaluation bodies, healthcare managers, hospital decision-makers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Establish a deep understanding of regional healthcare priorities, decision-making processes and access environments.
- Represent the company in compliant interactions related to market access objectives.
- Identify opportunities and challenges that may influence access and implementation.
