Experteer Overview
As Senior Financial Analyst, you will drive financial planning, analysis, and performance insights to support regional or business-area strategies. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and model-building, delivering actionable recommendations to leadership. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and data accuracy while shaping strategic initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to influence decisions at the leadership level and contribute to a data-driven, high-growth environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, maintain, and enhance financial reporting packages, models, and dashboards to support decision-making
• Consolidate and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and insights
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly management reporting aligned with goals
• Prepare and present financial materials for leadership and Board meetings with analysis and recommendations
• Partner with Accounting, Sales Operations, HR, Product, and others to support planning and initiatives
• Perform advanced ad-hoc analyses to guide operational and strategic decisions




• Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, tools, and processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Mentor and guide junior analysts to support team development

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in financial reporting, analysis, or FPu0026A
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA/CFA a plus
• Strong financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting skills with large datasets
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with financial systems or BI tools
• Ability to clearly communicate complex financial information and influence decisions
• Strategic mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, independent worker who can collaborate with stakeholders
• High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
