Experteer Overview
In this role you will build and maintain backend services at scale for Marfeel’s analytics platform. You will own architectural decisions and collaborate with product and data teams to deliver reliable, high-performance APIs and data processing capabilities. You’ll work with large-scale data, real-time and historical datasets, and leverage AI coding tools to accelerate delivery. This is a hands-on position in a small, high-ownership team focused on new product initiatives and growth for publishers worldwide.

• Work with large-scale data systems (ClickHouse and other relational/non-relational databases)
• Build and maintain APIs powering the analytics product across real-time and historical datasets
• Ensure services are performant, scalable and maintainable

Responsabilidades




• 5+ years of production backend experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript
• Relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse or similar
• Deep understanding of API design, data modeling and web architecture
• Performance-focused: query efficiency, latency, and scale
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as part of development
• CI/CD and cloud deployments (Docker, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Ownership mindset and ability to handle complex technical problems
• Experience with testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end)
• Proficiency in Spanish and English
