Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive growth in the Madrid market by sourcing and evaluating land acquisitions, build-to-suit, and speculative development opportunities. You will work with a cross-functional Spanish team to deliver high-quality logistics real estate solutions and support capital deployment decisions through rigorous analysis and deal execution. You will build market relationships and contribute to a best-in-class portfolio aligned with Prologis’ global commerce mission. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to shape Madrid’s logistics landscape.

• Originate, evaluate, and execute land and building acquisitions, dispositions, and build-to-suit development opportunities in Madrid
• Analyze investment opportunities and prepare financial and strategic recommendations for capital deployment decisions
• Lead transaction processes, including negotiations, due diligence coordination, and closing with stakeholders
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to advance development projects from opportunity identification to delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, landowners, municipalities,



and market participants to source and secure opportunities
• Develop deep market intelligence on logistics, industrial real estate trends, competitors, and customer requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement through process challenges, innovation, and organizational change

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate development, investment, leasing, or related field
• Proven experience structuring, negotiating, and executing real estate transactions
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to evaluate investment opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment
• Strong financial analysis and strategic decision-making skills
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Established knowledge of the Spanish commercial real estate market and industry network
