In this role you will support the Regulatory Reporting function within DWS, ensuring timely and accurate regulatory submissions and stakeholder coordination. You’ll contribute to automation and AI-driven process improvements, while maintaining strong governance and auditability. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver compliant reports across MiFID, PRIIPs, AIFMD and other regimes, shaping scalable, controlled solutions. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Prepare, monitor and dispatch regulatory reports and ad hoc requests with focus on MiFID client requirements (Articles 50, 59, 60, 62)
• Support regulatory reporting processes across MiFID, PRIIPs, AIFMD, ECB, MMFR and banking/insurance regimes (CRR II, Solvency II, VAG)
• Coordinate and dispatch Annual Reports for DWS Funds with external auditors
• Act as coordination point for regulatory reporting queries with clients, auditors, authorities and internal teams
• Ensure end-to-end process flow by coordinating interfaces, managing dependencies, risks and timelines
• Contribute to IT implementation of regulatory reporting solutions translating requirements into scalable functionality
• Lead projects on legislative changes, regulatory developments and process improvements




• Maintain process documentation and control materials to support auditability and transparency
• Support Smart Middle Office initiatives by applying AI, ML, automation and data analytics to reduce manual work and improve controls
• Translate pain points into automation/AI use cases with Tech and SMEs to deliver practical solutions

Responsabilidades
• Degree in economics or similar; regulatory reporting experience in financial services
• Approximately five years of relevant experience at asset manager, capital management firm or bank
• Fluent in written and spoken French; English fluent; German is advantageous
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; advanced Excel, VBA and Python
• Experience with regulatory regimes (MiFID, PRIIPs, AIFMD, ECB, MMFR, CRR II, Solvency II, VAG) is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and ensure accurate reporting
• Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and ensure responsible use of data
• Proactive, independent, and able to influence stakeholders in a general matrix organization
• Focus on data quality, control improvements, and scalable processes
• Digital curiosity and willingness to embed AI-enabled ways of working in Operations
