Experteer Overview
In this general role, you will manage the MHE Lifecycle category within GPO, handling spare parts, hotline services and maintenance activities for Amazon’s Material Handling Equipment. You’ll oversee a ~$120M spend across 10+ suppliers across multiple regions, partnering with Reliability and Maintenance Engineers and cross-functional teams to drive supplier performance and cost optimization. You will shape procurement strategies, advanced analytics, and vendor negotiations to support operations and field teams. This position offers visibility to leadership and the chance to impact maintenance excellence and parts availability at scale.

• Contribute to process improvements in spare parts reception, catalog management, and procurement workflows
• Prepare reporting and dashboards for category KPIs and supplier performance
