Your role:

We are looking for someone to own Talent Acquisition end to end at THEKER. We're entering the fastest period of growth in the company's history, hiring across engineering, deployment, and corporate functions all at once,



and you'll be the person who turns every one of those open roles into a signed offer.
You'll join at the ground floor of THEKER's People function. There is no sourcer, no coordinator, no team to hand candidates off to. You own the role from the first conversation with a hiring manager to the candidate's signature: finding people, engaging them, running the process, and closing.
Day to day, you'll map the market for each open role, reach out to candidates directly, calibrate with hiring managers on what a role actually needs, screen and interview candidates, and manage the offer conversation until someone signs. You'll be the person candidates remember from THEKER, and the person hiring managers trust to bring them the right options, not just more options.
