What will your challenges be?
- Financial Controlling, Budgeting & Forecasting: Own and monitor headquarters cost structure, ensuring alignment with business priorities




- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts for assigned areas
- Analyze cost evolution, identify risks and opportunities, and actively challenge spend
- Ensure a high level of financial control by validating that relevant costs are properly recorded, collaborating closely with accounting teams to maintain a reliable financial picture
- Business Partnering:Support and influence decision-making through financial analysis, budgeting, and scenario modeling
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
- Promote a culture of accountability by constructively challenging assumptions and cost structures
- Group Reporting & Performance Analysis: Collaborate with finance teams across international subsidiaries to collect and understand financial information
- Prepare consolidated reporting and performance analysis at group level
- Identify key trends, deviations, and bus
