ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
- Bachelor of Science required. Master of Science in Geology or Hydrogeology.

LANGUAGES
- Spanish: native proficiecy.
- English: full professional proficiency (spoken and written).

EXPERIENCE
- 10+ discipline experience; 3+ yrs project leadership

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
- Demonstrated experience in groundwater numerical modelling (both steady-state and transient), including model construction, calibration, validation, and sensitivity analysis for both flow and transport modelling.
- Proficiency in groundwater modelling software is required, including Groundwater Vistas, MODFLOW, MODPATH, MT3D, and FEFLOW.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of environmental contaminants, specifically petroleum hydrocarbons and volatile organic compounds.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of fate and transport of environmental contaminants in the subsoil, exposure pathways and potential linkages to receptors.
- Experience with ground investigation design, groundwater well development methods and data interpretation. Experience with dedicated software (SURFER, AQTESOLV).




- Sound understanding of national regulations, and International guidance related to groundwater assessments, contaminated land, conceptual site models and risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience in risk assessment methodologies and software (RBCA, RISC).
- Advanced Excel, Word, Powerpoint skills.
- Experience using GIS tools (QGIS and Surfer).
