We are looking for an Integration Manager to join our team and ensure a smooth technical onboarding experience for our clients. In this role, you will guide customers' technical teams through the integration process, coordinate across internal teams, provide technical consultation, and ensure integrations are delivered smoothly and on time.
- Guide clients through the technical onboarding and integration process
- Communicate with client’s technical teams, providing all necessary integration guidance and technical documentation
- Explain frontend and backend integration flows, APIs,
and platform functionality to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Manage multiple client integrations simultaneously while ensuring timely project delivery
- Configure client environments and brands in the Back Office according to project requirements
- Perform QA testing of completed integrations and verify compliance with integration requirements
- Monitor the progress of integration activities and proactively follow up with all involved parties to ensure milestones are met
- Provide technical consultation and support to Account Managers throughout the client lifecycle
- Collaborate with QA Engineers and Software Developers during issue investigation, bug verification, and feature implementation
- Investigate technical issues, analyze integration problems, and coordinate their resolution with internal teams and clients
