About the Role




We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across our growing organization. This role can be structured as a contract, contract-to-hire, or full-time position depending on candidate fit.
Responsibilities
Serve as first point of contact for employee IT issues (hardware, software, account access, connectivity)
Provision and deprovision user accounts and devices (onboarding/offboarding)
Manage device enrollment, patching, and compliance via MDM (Kandji)
Administer user access and permissions in Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, 1Password, Okta
Troubleshoot VPN connectivity (NordLayer)
Translate technical issues into plain language for non-technical staff
Document recurring issues and maintain internal knowledge base / SOPs
Escalate complex issues to IT Manager or vendors as needed
Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, peripherals, licenses)
Support conference room / AV setup for meetings as needed
Assist with basic security hygi
