Position: HR Manager – Lucia Marbella

Location: Lucia Marbella – Marbella, Málaga, Spain

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Contract: Seasonal Contract (11 months per year - Fijo Discontinuo)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources strategy and day-to-day operations for Lucia Marbella. This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring an outstanding employee experience from recruitment and onboarding through to development, engagement, and retention.

As the main HR representative for the restaurant, you will manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, workforce budgeting, and compliance with Spanish labor legislation. Working closely with the General Manager and department heads, you will help build a high-performing, positive workplace culture that reflects the service excellence and luxury standards of Lucia Marbella and Nikki Beach Hospitality Group.

Key Responsibilities





Manage the full recruitment and selection process for all restaurant positions.
Partner with department managers to identify hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
Advertise vacancies, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
Develop relationships with hospitality schools, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Drive internal promotions and succession planning initiatives.
Prepare all employment documentation and coordinate new hire onboarding.
Monitor probation periods and coordinate performance reviews for new employees.
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.
Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Manage employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, grievances, and workplace investigations with confidentiality and professionalism.
