Position Overview

As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the daily operations of Lucia Marbella, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and service that reflects the brand's luxury hospitality standards. You will oversee all front-of-house operations, driving guest satisfaction, team development, operational excellence, and commercial performance while creating unforgettable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including floor plans, seating arrangements, and reservation flow.
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team.
Prepare staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage throughout all services.
Coordinate with the Sales, Events, and Reservations teams for private dining experiences, events, and activations.
Drive upselling initiatives and maximize daily revenue opportunities.




Conduct daily briefings and regular performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with grooming, hygiene, health & safety, and service standards.
Monitor service quality and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to the team.
Maintain effective communication with the kitchen, purchasing, HR, and finance departments.
Plan and execute special events in collaboration with other departments.
Welcome VIP and returning guests while handling guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Deliver a consistent guest experience aligned with the Lucia and Nikki Beach brands.
Manage restaurant inventory, equipment, and operational requirements.
Ensure the team has excellent knowledge of menus, promotions, beverage offerings, and service standards.
Maintain a clean, attractive, and efficient restaurant environment.
Prepare daily operational reports and communicate key business updates to the General Manager.
