As our business continues to grow across Europe, we are looking for an experienced HR Specialist – Labour Relations & Employment Law to support our people agenda in Spain and partner closely with leaders, employees, and HR colleagues.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented HR professional with strong expertise in Spanish labour law and employee relations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, supporting managers through complex employee matters, and fostering a positive employee experience.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor on labour relations topics, working closely with business leaders, employees, Legal,



and employee representatives to navigate workplace challenges while ensuring compliance with Spanish employment legislation.

This role offers the opportunity to combine deep labour law expertise with broader HR initiatives in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Labour Relations & Employee Relations
Serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations matters across Spain.
Advise managers and employees on employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
Manage and support disciplinary processes, grievances, workplace investigations, performance-related matters, and conflict resolution.
Ensure a fair, consistent, and compliant approach to employee relations across the organization.
Support employee experience initiatives while balancing business requirements and legal obligations.

Employment Law & Compliance
Provide expert guidance on Spanish labour legislation and regulatory requirements.
