Elum Energy is a fast-growing Paris-based company specializing in monitoring and control solutions for solar power plants. Our technology powers 1,000+ plants across 50+ countries — from rooftop C&I; installations to utility-scale projects. Our clients include TOTAL, ENGIE, GreenYellow, and SolarCentury. Your mission
You'll drive Elum's commercial expansion across Europe building strategic partnerships, closing deals, and representing Elum in front of EPCs, IPPs, distributors, and energy specialists. Based in Spain, you'll report directly to the VP Sales and have full ownership of the European market development.

What you'll own
Commercial Development
Develop and execute a commercial strategy to maximize Elum's sales across Europe
Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to contract signature




Carry out technical and commercial offers and lead financial negotiations until close
Manage customer accounts and associated partners
Partnerships & Distribution
Create strategic partnerships with local PV/BESS manufacturers and integrators
Build distribution partnerships with solar distributors across European markets
Plan and conduct sales and distributor business reviews aligned with annual goals and channel strategies
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Analyze market trends, end-customer expectations, and growth opportunities
Report pipeline and activity through CRM/ERP tools
Create an annual plan of events for the region: roadshows, fairs, webinars — in coordination with the marketing team
Represent Elum at industry events across Europe

What you bring
Master's degree in a technical field, business, or engineering equivalent
Proven experience in solar sales — hybrid projects or energy storage is a strong plus
Experience in sales across European
