Production Assistant | Order Fulfillment | Mucha Kombucha & Cold Brew ? San Sebastián, Basque Country, Spain | Part-Time
We're a young, dynamic craft brewery based in San Sebastián producing small-batch kombucha and cold brew coffee, and we're looking for a motivated, hands-on Production Assistant to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with kombucha production and bottling/packaging
Managing order fulfillment and dispatch
General cleaning and CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures
Maintaining overall factory organization and cleanliness

What We're Looking For
A strong work ethic and genuine motivation to contribute
Physical stamina — this is an active, hands-on role
Ability to work independently and take initiative





Bonus Points If You Have
Knowledge of fermentation processes or basic machinery mechanics
Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, or general computer literacy
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
