Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive European therapy development initiatives focused on activating patients and engaging referral networks. You will partner with commercial teams to enable meaningful interactions with referring healthcare professionals and optimize engagement pathways. You’ll own asset development, ensure scientific accuracy, and lead digital and cross–functional initiatives aligned with Therapy Development goals. This is a chance to influence how therapies are adopted across markets and to coordinate efforts across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Digital, and local teams. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead Europe-wide therapy development initiatives including patient activation and referral pathway optimization
• Collaborate with commercial field teams to equip HCPs with tools and messaging for long-term engagement




• Own and optimize HCP engagement strategies across multiple interaction models (educational sessions, events, field activities)
• Develop, adapt, and deploy marketing and educational assets that are scientifically accurate and audience-appropriate
• Drive digital engagement initiatives (newsletter campaigns, HCP communications) aligned with therapy development goals
• Coordinate across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Digital, Field Excellence, and local country teams to ensure alignment
• Serve as a key contact for European markets, supporting local teams and adapting initiatives to local needs

Responsabilidades
• University degree with experience in marketing/therapy development/HCP engagement or related life sciences roles (medtech, pharma)
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
