Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead maintenance and reliability efforts at the Alumina Plant in San Ciprián, part of Alcoa's site leadership. You will steer a large maintenance organization to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations while aligning with site objectives. You will drive and implement maintenance strategies, and champion continuous improvement, safety, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a key leadership role within a integral company shaping the future of the industry.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or related technical discipline
• Minimum of 5 years leading maintenance operations with large teams in heavy industrial/manufacturing
• Strong experience in maintenance management, reliability engineering, asset performance, and continuous improvement
• Proven leadership with ability to influence, engage, and develop teams
• Experience managing budgets and delivering operational results
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
