Your mission
As an Account Manager within Epson's Consumer Sales team, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with key retail and channel customers across the Spanish market. Your goal will be to grow Epson's Consumer business by identifying new opportunities, delivering commercial excellence and ensuring long-term customer success.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales Operations and European teams, you'll play a key role in delivering ambitious sales targets while strengthening Epson's market position.
This role is based in our Madrid office.
What you will do
Develop and grow relationships with key retail and channel partners.
Build and implement account plans to achieve sales and business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and maximize Epson's market share.
Negotiate commercial terms and support profitable business growth.
Monitor sales performance, inventory levels and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop and execute impactful promotional campaigns.




Analyze campaign performance and measure return on investment.
Contribute to sales forecasting and provide regular business updates and account reviews.
Work closely with cross-functional teams across Spain and Europe to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Maintain accurate CRM data and support continuous business improvement.

A proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving commercial targets.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify business opportunities through data.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A degree or equivalent academic background.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
