What we look for?
We are looking for a Developer Analyst with solid experience in Java and Spring Boot microservices development, capable of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions within a financial services environment.
The adecuado candidate has hands-on experience with messaging platforms, relational databases, REST APIs, and modern software development practices, including CI/CD and version control using Git.
We also seek professionals interested in Generative AI technologies, including AI-assisted development, prompt engineering,
and the integration of LLM-based solutions to improve productivity and automate processes. Strong analytical skills, proactive attitude, effective communication, and teamwork are essential.
Main Tasks And Accountabilities Will Be
Develop, maintain, and enhance Java / Spring Boot microservices.
Design and implement REST APIs and backend services.
Build and support financial messaging transformation and processing solutions.
Integrate applications with messaging brokers such as Kafka, IBM MQ, or similar technologies.
Design, optimize, and maintain queries and data access layers for relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or equivalent).
Participate in CI/CD pipelines, deployment activities, and production support.
Analyze and resolve production incidents, ensuring service stability and performance.
Collaborate closely with Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Business teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
