We are looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our Barcelona team and help Sage acquire new customers.

You will engage with prospects who have shown interest in Sage, understand their business challenges and determine how our solutions could help them work more efficiently, grow and achieve their goals.

This is not simply a lead qualification role.

You will be responsible for creating strong first impressions, uncovering business needs and turning marketing-generated demand into high-quality sales opportunities.

You will work closely with Sales and Marketing while developing valuable skills in consultative selling, SaaS, business technology and AI

What you will be doing:

Respond to inbound enquiries from prospective customers quickly and professionally.

Connect with prospects through phone, email and digital channels.

Understand each prospect’s business, goals, challenges,



current processes and decision-making criteria.

Ask thoughtful questions to identify genuine business needs and potential use cases.

Qualify prospects and create high-quality opportunities for the Account Executive team.

Schedule meaningful sales meetings and provide clear, actionable context to Sales.

Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the qualification process.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams.

Maintain accurate and useful information in the CRM.

Use data, technology and AI tools to research accounts, prepare conversations, personalise outreach and improve productivity.

Contribute ideas that help improve messaging, conversion rates and the overall prospect experience.
