We are seeking a senior Data Architect who blends deep data engineering expertise with strong business acumen. You will design and build the data architecture that will fuel our Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. This is a critical role aimed at synthesizing complex commercial data points (win/loss analysis, lead times, sales pipelines) into actionable business intelligence, leveraging an enterprise Microsoft technology stack.




Extensive experience as a Data Architect or Lead Data Engineer with a strong focus on business/sales intelligence.
Deep expertise in the Microsoft Data Stack (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Power BI).
Strong experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT pipeline design.
Ability to analyze and structure commercial metrics (win/loss, pipeline velocity, sales cycles).
Excellent English communication skills
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and optimize the data architecture to support sales, marketing, and GTM strategies.
Synthesize disparate data sources, including win/loss data, sales cycles, and operational lead times, into cohesive data models.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex GTM questions into technical data requirements.
Ensure data scalability, security, and governance across the analytics pipeline within the Microsoft ecosystem.
