We are looking for a Game Marketing Manager who will be collaborating with our Israel-based product team. The studio is responsible for developing a new Idle RPG, with a separate centralized marketing organization covering UA, creative production, and data.
This role will focus on the mobile Idle RPG.
Responsibilities:
Driving go-to-market planning across all launch stages (Tech Launch, Alpha, Beta, Soft Launch, Global Launch)
Using knowledge of midcore games (especially idle RPGs), their players,
and the competitive landscape to guide decisions
Monitoring competitors using tools such as Sensor Tower, Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, and YouTube Ads
Working cross-functionally with UA, Creative, Data, and Business teams toward shared goals
Requirements:
3+ years in F2P mobile gaming marketing, ideally midcore idle RPGs
At least one full launch cycle owned or co-owned - soft launch through general launch
Proven experience in developing and executing GTM strategies
Proficiency in using Sensor Tower to analyze creative performance
Experience working with marketing analytics, including attribution, cohort data, LTV, and ROAS
Fluent in CTR, IPM, CPI, D1/D7/D30 retention
Experience with store presence & ASO
Experience in creative briefing and testing, including hypothesis building, audience framing, A/B testing, and iterative optimization
Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work, with expos
