Description

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused HR Operations Graduate to join our EMEA HR Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical experience across HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, benefits, and HR systems within a dynamic international environment.

Working closely with experienced HR professionals, the successful candidate will support employees, managers, and HR stakeholders across EMEA while developing a strong foundation in HR Operations. The role will also provide exposure to process improvement initiatives and HR technology solutions.

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, HR Operations EMEA and works closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits providers, and other internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Support employee and manager enquiries through our HR case management system (ServiceNow), helping ensure timely and accurate responses.
Assist with employee lifecycle activities,



including HR administration, employee documentation, and data updates.
Support the administration of employee benefit programmes, including enrolments, changes, and coordination with external vendors.
Assist employees and managers with HR processes and Workday transactions, including benefits, leave administration, payroll-related enquiries, and maintenance of employee records.
Help maintain accurate and confidential employee information within HR systems, particularly Workday.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll teams, and other stakeholders to support employee-related activities.
Contribute to the maintenance and update of HR content, policies, and guidance documents on internal SharePoint platforms.
Participate in HR Operations projects, training activities, and process improvement initiatives.
Support efforts to simplify and improve HR processes through automation and digital solutions.
