Project Planner/Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join a major data centre project team based full-time in Zaragoza, Spain.

Role Overview
The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining and reporting on detailed project programmes for a large-scale data centre project.
Working closely with the Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Cost and contractor teams, the role will provide clear visibility of programme performance, key milestones, critical-path activities, risks and recovery actions.





This is a site-based role in Zaragoza and requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment, managing multiple interfaces and challenging programme assumptions where required.

Key Responsibilities:
Programme Development and Management
Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Build integrated programmes covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, testing and handover.
Establish programme logic, sequencing, milestones, dependencies and critical-path activities.
Coordinate programme inputs from contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal project teams.
Review contractor programmes for completeness, logic, duration assumptions and alignment with project requirements.
Track progress against approved baseline programmes and identify variances.
