About the team
The P&C; Technology Transformation team is Celonis' intelligence layer for the P&C; function, the glue between HR Processes and Technology. We own, evolve, and connect the P&C; tech stack, driving automation, AI adoption, and seamless Celonaut experiences across 18 countries and the full Celonaut lifecycle. Our stack includes Workday, Greenhouse, Make, Jira, UKG, and an expanding set of AI and automation tooling.

We architect the intelligence layer of the P&C; function, owning the systems, automations, and AI capabilities that power the Celonaut experience from hire to retire. The Role
This is a brand new role on the team, created to meet a strategic need that doesn't yet have an owner: turning our AI and automation ambitions into People & Culture curated production-ready solutions.
